Yogurt breakfast

- Oatmeal yogurt

This healthy and easy Oatmeal yogurt breakfast. It is also a good diet for use as yogurt weight loss.

Oatmeal yogurt:


  • 2/3 cup room temperatured oatmeal

  • 2/3 cup refrigerated homemade yogurt

  • 2 tbs honey (or fit your taste)


  1. Follow the direction to cook your oatmeal, the keep aside let it cool down to the room temperature.

  2. In a blow, mix oats meal, yogurt and honey.

Serves: 1
