- Dried Fruit yogurt

Dried Fruit yogurt can be used as yogurt weight lose meal for your breakfast.

You can pick up any kind dried fruit, mixed dried fruit, such as dried peaches, pears, apples, apricots, plums, mangos, blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and more.

Dried Fruit yogurt:



Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup mixed dried fruit


  • 2/3 cup refrigerated homemade yogurt


  • 2 tbs honey (or fit your taste)




Directions:

  1. Cut the dried fruit into small pieces.


  2. In a blow, mix all dried fruit, yogurt and honey.


  3. Serves: 1



Enjoy this healthy and easy Dried Fruit Yogurt breakfast.


It is also a good diet for use as yogurt weight loss.
