Blueberry Avocado Banana Yogurt Smoothie


Blueberries, blackberries and raspberries combine together become triple berry, are the highest antioxidant rich fruits and nutritious.

You can easily find these berries from the fresh fruit market, or buy the frozen mixed package, enjoy them all year round.




Tri-Berry Yogurt Smoothie:



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed triple berry: blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, or fresh mixed with 1/3 cup of each blueberries, blackberries and raspberries

  • 1 ripened banana

  • 1 cup homemade plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup honey(or fit your taste)

  • 1 cup ice cube



Directions:

  1. Banana peeled, cut into 4 part;

  2. Add 1 cup mixed of triple berry;

  3. Add 1 cup of homemade plain yogurt;

  4. Add 1/2 cup of honey (or fit your taste);

  5. Add 1 cup ice cube;

  6. Now place all ingredients in the blender, cover it; blend until smooth. Add some more ice if needed.

    Serves: 2 to 3
