Papaya Kiwi Yogurt


Papaya and kiwi, another good sources of antioxidant nutrients with great taste, and minerals, vitamin A, C, K, B vitamins, rich in fiber. Great for morning energy boost.




Papaya Kiwi Yogurt:



Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt

  • 1 Kiwi peel the skin

  • 1/8 of papaya (depend the size) take out the seeds and peel the skin

  • Honey (Optional, if you like sweeter taste)



Directions:

  1. Kiwi sliced and keep aside

  2. Papaya cut into small piece keep aside (about 1/2 cup)

  3. Put 1 cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt into a bowl;

  4. Add all fruits together;

  5. Mix them well and enjoy it

  6. If you like sweeter taste then add some honey.

    Serves: 1
