Papaya Yogurt


Papaya, not only does it have a pretty sunshine color, but it has a sweet and pleasant taste, and good sources of antioxidant nutrients, minerals, vitamin A, C, K, and B vitamins, rich in fiber and more.

Papayas may help heart diseases, diabetics, prevent colon cancer, can help support your immune system. It is also good for your skin.

Papaya is great for you, that is why it is called “The Fruit of the Angels”




Papaya Yogurt:



Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup sliced papaya

  • 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (or fit to your taste)



Directions:

  1. One ripe papaya peeled,clean seeds and sliced, we need about 1/2 cup sliced papaya keep aside; you can keep the rest of the fruit in the refrigerator.

  2. Put 1 cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt into a bowl;

  3. Add brown sugar and mix them well;

  4. Add sliced papaya

  5. Mix them well.

Serves: 1
