Matcha Green Tea - a powdered green tea, comes from the same plant as black teas, but remains unfermented. It is then ground into a fine green powder so that you receive benefits from the entire tea leaf. The tea leaves are specially steamed, rolled, and dried to stop oxidation, maintain freshness, aroma and tea leaf's color.

This Green tea honey yogurt, is better to be eaten it in the morning, it can make you energized all day.

If you have sleep problems at night, please do not eat or drink tea in the afternoon and evening.

Matcha Honey Yogurt


  • 1 Cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt

  • 1/3 tea-spoon Matcha green tea powder

    (The amount of tea powder per serving: it should according to your taste, too much in one time, probably taste bitter)

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey (Or to fit to your taste)


  1. Put 1 cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt into a bowl;

  2. Add in 1/3 tea-spoon Matcha green tea powder;

  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons honey (Or to fit to your taste);

  4. Mix them well.

    Serves: 1
