Glutinous Rice Flour

An anti-aging yogurt mask is good to use for ages 40+, or if you have lots of wrinkles on your skin. It also could lighten your freckles.

Use about 2 time a week, and it will leave you smooth, whitened skin.

You can easily to find glutinus rice flour at your local Oriental store or you can order from here.






Glutinous Rice Flour Yogurt Mask:



For all skin types.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs homemade plain yogurt


  • 1 tbs glutinous rice flour


  • 1 tbs honey


  • 1 tbs egg white

    (oily shin use all egg white, normal skin use 1/2 tbs egg white and 1/2 tbs egg york, dry skin use one egg york)


Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredientes.


  2. Apply mixture to face.


  3. When the mask is about half dry, add another layer, as this will keep your skin moisturized.

    (Do not let the mask dry on your face)


  4. Keep making the layers until about 20 minutes.


  5. Wash with cool water, and pat dry


  6. Apply your regular moisturizer




This yogurt mask will take away your wrinkles and lighten freckles, as well as leave you smooth, soft, whitened and moisturized beautiful skin. Keep doing it for a few weeks to get better results.
