These three healthy fruits combine together and plus homemade yogurt making smoothie, it is not only heart healthy snack, it's also fill with antioxidants, good fats, less sweet as other smoothies, but very creamy and tasty.

Blueberry Avocado Banana Yogurt Smoothie:
1 ripened and softened avocado
1 ripened banana
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen blueberries at this time)
1 cup homemade plain yogurt
1/2 cup honey(or fit your taste)
1 cup ice cube
Avocado, cut into half, take out seed, spoon out from the shell(skin);
Banana peeled, cut into 4 part;
Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries;
Add 1 cup of homemade plain yogurt;
Add 1/2 cup of honey (or fit your taste);
Add 1 cup ice cube;
Now place all ingredients in the blender, cover it; blend until smooth. Add some more ice if needed.
