Follow how to make black bean milk to make you own homemade fresh black bean milk. I will suggest you add not more than 5 cups of water when you make the bean milk.This will cut off some whey when you make the yogurt.
Making black bean milk is same as making soybean milk, follow here to make one batch (about 5 cups) fresh black bean milk; strain the bean milk one or two times, depends how you like it, I strained two times.
After strain the milk, add 2/3 cup sugar when the milk still hot, and stir it;
Cool the milk to about 108°F, not over 110°F, or it will kill the bacteria.
