Acai Powder Yogurt Smoothie:



Ingredients:

  • 1 table-spoon Acai powder

  • 1/2 Cup refrigerated homemade plain yogurt

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey (or to fit to your taste)

  • 1/2 cup dairy milk (could be whole milk, reduced fat milk)

  • 3-4 ice cubes



Directions:

  1. 1 table-spoon Acai Powder put in a bowl then mix with some milk, keep aside for about 5-10 minutes;

  2. Then add yogurt and honey mix well;

  3. Now place all ingredients in the blender, cover it; blend on high speed about 30 seconds;

    Serves: 1
